The KEYPR in-room tablet comes with a wireless charging cradle which features two USB ports and replaces hotel compendium, printed collateral and other electronics. GEMS (Guest Experience Management System)

Our back office management system GEMS enables hotel staff to receive, track and respond to customer requests in real time. Fully integrated with most PMS systems, hotel management can access metrics and reports on guest requests and response times. GEMS is web-based and mobile for ease of use.
